Simple DISA plates
Our DISA patterns are typically one piece (integrated patterns and plates)
entirely CNC machined for the highest accuracy possible. The core boxes
and core masks are made from the same computer models which insures a precise
fit. This process produces more accurate pattern equipment than those that
are cast and polished from a wood or plastic models. It also facilitates
easier engineering changes as you need them. The changes are programmed, the plates are
re-mounted on the CNC, and then the revised program can be ran on the part only
affecting the area that is supposed to be changed.
