Our CAD work is double or triple checked against
the print before tool paths are created. The CNC operation
is performed by our experienced technicians whose mandate is
accuracy. The resulting tooling then falls under the
scrutiny of our highly skilled pattern makers who check the
products carefully against specifications, do any hand fitting
of components, and polish them to perfection! You will
NEVER be disappointed by our quality, we guarantee it!.

decades of experience and our design / programming people have
been working with computers.... well, almost as long as
computers have been around!
Technology
We utilize state of the art hardware and software
in or CAD/CAM department. We can take your design, whether
it be a print, sketch on a napkin, or a CAD model, and work with
you to identify any potential manufacturability issues so you will get
equipment that will repeatably and efficiently produce the
highest possible quality end product for you and your
customers.

Delivery
From the moment your order is confirmed, we begin
planning and ordering materials and getting CAD work
underway, so that it all comes together on time. We manage
the projects in parallel to avoid resource bottlenecks and get
your tooling delivered on schedule. Speaking of delivery... our
customers in the Tri-State area (Illinois-Iowa-Missouri area) enjoy the
added benefit of direct delivery and pick of of tooling by our
drivers who cover the area daily..... But even if you're not in
our immediate area, you still get top notch customer
service.
